A night at Next Door

I had been at Next Door in Chinatown before, but in all past visits it had been only a DJ spinning someone elses records. I ventured down one night with my camera to watch Scrabbel, the Malcognito's and Black Sqaure. In between the bands there was performances from the Cherry Blossom Cabaret Troupe. A cocktail of dancing, singing, performance and burlesque. Honolulu's location means that well known bands and singers rarely visit, so anybody who tries and create a scene here in the islands gets kudos in my book.
